A printed zine, very punk, a bit like Cioè, but about specialty coffee.
On a November evening in a frost-wrapped Milan, somewhere between onigiri and a glass of white wine, someone said: "enough with Instagram."
We are Millennials. We want printed paper, staplers, printers, a V60 in one hand and an argument in the other.
This is how Coffee Is Not Dead (Yet) was born. The Italian specialty coffee magazine that had never existed before. Not a guide. Not a manual. A voice. Actually, four voices, one alien illustrator, and a photocopier that is still holding up.

So when does it come out?
When we have time, between one coffee and the next. We don't believe in fixed deadlines. We are free spirits. We print when it feels right. Picture us in a basement surrounded by plants and quality caffeine.
Not a periodical. A creative project. Self-published.
